Friday's blog - Perjantaiblogi

This is almost the only thing I've stitched this week. I wanted to stitch something with peace in it and took this word from a Lizzie Kate ornament (JCS Christmas Ornaments 2003). I plan to finish it simply just like that, with those buttons. The thread is Pomme de Pin Chemin de traverse.

It's Friday yippee! Today please welcome Melissa into Blogland! Melissa is such a sweet stitching friend living in Canada. She's the one who contacted me earlier this year and sent me couple of lovely charts, I wrote about her and the charts in August. Now she has started a blog last week and has some beautiful photos in her blog already! Welcome Melissa, it's so good to see you here :)

I hope to stitch this weekend a bit, even though I don't have big plans. I'm stitching couple of exchanges and I've got some gifts to finish. Have a wonderful weekend and happy stitching!

Tällä viikolla en ole juurikaan ehtinyt pistellä ja tekipä sitten mieli pistellä jotain rauhaisaa. Sain sentään aikaan nämä viisi kirjainta, malli on Lizzie Katen ja se on julkaistu JCS Christmas Ornaments 2003 -lehdessä. Lanka on Pomme de Pinin Chemin de traverse. Viimeistelen sen jotenkin yksinkertaisesti ja ajattelin käyttää noita nappeja ainakin.

On perjantai, jipii :) Tänään käykää kurkkaamassa Melissan blogia.

Ihanaa viikonloppua jokaiselle!

Love those buttons! I have some like that in my grandmother's stitching stash. Almost hate to ue them...they are so beautiful and hard to find these days.
