Exchanges - Vaihtotuotteita taasen

Couple of days ago I received the most wonderful exchange from Cindy! This is the ABC exchange at SBEBB and Cindy from Singapore stitched me this beautiful heart ornament. I was so happy to receive it, it is so beautifully stitched and finished. Cindy has stitched it over one and she says it was the first time she was stitching over one! I must say it's difficult to believe it :)

I love the colours and the alphabets in it and Cindy has done a great job with this exchange. I will find a good place to hang this ornament, I love it :) Cindy also sent me some chocolate, tea, a postcard from Singapore, a cute badge with a letter L and a cat, lots of beads and a very handy measuring gauge (which I've never seen before!). Thank you so much for everything Cindy!

Heather has received the small birthday present I made for her in Birthday/Christmas Club exchange. I stitched part of the design Echoes of a Squared Lotus (Periphaeria Designs), as the whole design was slightly too big for the tin :) And I used the same design for the fob. Actually there are two designs in one, as there's a gift from the designer as well. I stitched the actual design on the other side of the fob and the gift design on the other side. The thread is Atalie's Santa Fe silk thread.

Cindy Singaporesta teki minulle tämän ihanan sydänkoristeen SBEBB:n ABC-vaihdossa. Vaihtoon sai pistellä mitä vaan, mutta siihen piti sisältyä aakkoset. Koriste on niin, niin kaunis ja langan väri ihana. Cindy on pistellyt ja viimeistellyt työn tosi taitavasti ja sanoo, että pisteli tässä ensimmäistä kertaa yhden kankaan langan yli!

Vaihdon mukana sain myös suklaata, teetä, paljon helmiä, kortin Singaporesta, hauskan rintanapin ja kätevän apuvälineen, jolla voi mitata vaikka saumanvaroja.

Heather sai alkuviikosta synttärilahjan, jonka tein Birthday/Christmas Club vaihdossa. Pistelin osan Periphaeria Designsin Echoes of a Squared Lotus -mallista, koko malli oli himpun verran liian suuri rasian kanteen. Saksikoristeeseen käytin samaa mallia, tai itse asiassa tuossa mallissa on kaksi mallia samassa. Itse malli ja sen lisäksi suunnittelijan lahjana toinen malli, jonka pistelin koristeen toiselle puolelle. Lanka on Atalien Santa Fe silkkilanka.

Rasia on muuten Lidlistä. Siellä myydään tuollaisia karkkirasioita eurolla ja ne ovat tosi kivoja ristipistotöille vaikkapa, koska niiden sivuissa ei ole mitään tekstiä, kuten kuvasta näkyy. Ainoastaan kannessa ja kannen reunassa on tekstiä, mutta nehän jäävät piiloon, jos tuolla tyylillä päällystää. Lisäksi karkit saa kaupan päälle :)
