Just a photo and... - Kuva vain ja...

...a couple of words. Almost done! Thanks for your comments and encouragement! My evening didn't go totally as planned (they never do, don't they? :) ), but I managed to stitch this much. Hopefully I'll be able to finish this tonight and then tomorrow begin sewing.

Puppe The Bunny is there too, I hadn't even realized there's a bunny in the chart as well! But this seems more than appropriate, because I'm going to finish this as a choir bag and Puppe's ex-owner (or ex-Puppe's owner?) sings in the choir with me :D Oh my, the poor bunny didn't know how much he would affect my life, especially cross stitching -wise :)

Have a happy Friday, it's almost weekend!

*****

...pari sanaa. Melkein valmis!

Ihanaa perjantaita, on melkein viikonloppu!

Mää olin muuten viime yönä Pariisissa Eiffel-tornin juurella, valitettavasti vain unissani. Siitäkin tulit sinä mieleeni. :)

Ihana tulee tuosta ristipistosta, toivottavasti se on pian valmis! :) Hyvää ja pisteliästä viikonloppua! :)

I've never noticed the bunny either. So cute. The piece is lovely and you're almost done! Nice start to the weekend!

Looking beautiful, of course. I clicked back to see the link to the original "Bunny's Story". I think it is funny, or maybe wry...Have you heard that all comedy is born from tragedy? It's interesting to hear what you think of when you see bunnies in samplers, for my part, my Dear Marc calls me his "bunny" as an endearment, and so when I see one I think, "Oh, There I am!" or "That bunny's not very cute; I don't want to be likened to that!" or "Gosh, that bunny is way cuter than I am." Funny, eh?

Is it so good to be a bunny?? Rabbits are rather stupid, I think...and the white ones are scary with their pink eyes...but I still like it I suppose because I like him. Also, bunnies are cute and sweet which is mostly not me, so I feel happy that he (sometimes at least) sees me that way. :P

But, then again, my grandmother called me her "little Brush Rabbit" growing up, so maybe I do have some residual rabbit quality about me! The do say that people are wont to overestimate their own intelligence, right? ;)

Wonderful progress on your PSS WIP. I love those trees and the bird about to take off - way cute!
