Come Tarry and couple of finishes - Come Tarry ja jotain valmista

Thank you SO much for all the comments on the pillow! I enjoyed stitching it so much and am happy to have it finished into a pillow now.

I've been testing the rotation system for one week, seems to work! I like schedules, they make life easier :) On Thursday and Friday I stitched for exchanges, so I can't show photos. Yesterday was a good stitching day and I stitched Come Tarry, which I plan to alternate with L&L Angel of Spring. So here's a photo of Come Tarry. I love the verse in it: "Come Tarry here, on this sweet earth, and in her heart, joyful be".

Then couple of finishes from January too, I finished these just after the New Year, but haven't had time to post photos. The first one is the first ornament from Shepherd's Bush 2000 years ago and I plan to stitch all four before Christmas 2007. The second one is Spot of Winter from The Drawn Thread. Well, it really is winter at the moment in Finland, -20C (-4F).

Today is for stitching St Hippolyte and I will start at once after posting this :)

Kiitos kovasti paljon tyynykommenteista! Ihana oli saada se valmiiksi ommeltua, pisteleminen kun on paljon ihanampaa kuin ompeleminen :)

Vuorottelusysteemiä olen nyt viikon verran testaillut ja näyttää toimivan. Tosin on vielä monta työtä, jotka pitäisi saada ujutettua mukaan systeemiin, mutta eiköhän niidenkin aika tule. Torstai- ja perjantai-iltoina pistelin vaihtojuttuja, joten niistä ei tule kuvia vielä. Mutta tässä muutama muu kuva.

Shepherd's Bushin Come Tarry on tuo ensimmäinen, se on minusta kaunis malli ja runonpätkä myös ihana: "Come Tarry here, on this sweet earth, and in her heart, joyful be". Vuorottelen sitä näillä näkymin lauantaisin L&L:n Angel of Spring -työn kanssa. Ehkä Châtelainen Samplerin laitan vielä samalle päivälle.

Kaksi muuta kuvaa ovat muita tammikuun valmiita juttuja. Eka on Shepherd's Bushin joulukoriste sarjasta 2000 years ago ja toinen The Drawn Threadin Spot of Winter. Molemmat pistelin joululomalla heti vuoden vaihtuessa, mutta en ole ehtinyt laittaa kuvia vielä.

Tänään oli tarkoitus pistellä St Hippolyteä, oikein ajan kanssa siis... Mutta parin menon (vilkutus OUPS!) ja muiden puuhien takia pääsen pistelemään vasta nyt just ja heti, yössä on onneksi monta tuntia :) Huomiseen...
