Mail art - fussy exchange

Hyvin meni perille kuori Englantiin ilman priority-tarraakin näköjään :) Silkki- ja metallilangoilla pistelin tämän "fussy envelope" -vaihtoon.

For the fussy exchange I stitched this envelope for Debbie. The stamp is a special stamp with 99.9% foliated silver in it, it is a detail of the Winter Egg by Fabergé.

Lohtupeitto

Ristipistolistalla pistelimme "Lämpöisten ajatusten peiton" ristipistoystävälle. Tässä kuva omasta tilkustani, sekä kuva valmiista peitosta, jonka Johanna taitavasti kokosi! Kaktusmalli on Leisure Arts "Southwest Imagery" -kirjasesta.

We (stitchers from a Finnish cross stitch list) stitched this quilt for a stitching friend, who lost his husband. Johanna sew this together and chose these beautiful colours for the quilt! I stitched the cactus design.
